> If you file for a chargeback, I have the right to revoke your ownership of my work and I can sell it to other people. You will also be blocked and forbidden to commission me ever again.Revisions
> In the sketching stage, I allow for any amount of revisions but after the colored sketch is approved, you get a maximum of three major revisions. After you use all three, you will be limited to minor changes only or you must pay extra if you want more major changes.Deadlines and Delivery
> It will take me about 1 month to finish an illustration. 2+ months if your illustration has multiple characters. About 3 months for refsheets.Use
> All the art you commission from me is for personal use. You may not resell or use the art commercially (streaming is an exception) unless discussed with me prior.> You will not remove the watermark off of my work or alter the artwork in any way.> You will not use any of my works for Ai or NFT purposes.> You may repost the final image as long as I am credited.Intellectual Property Rights

> After the sketch is approved, I will not allow any refunds unless I am unable to provide/finish the artwork for any reason.Communication
> I will message you via VGen but I can do so with Twitter or Discord if that works better for you.> Do not spam me with messages. I will respond accordingly within 48 hours.> I will be contacting you regularly about the commission as I draw it. Please respond in a timely manner.> I will post WIPs of your commission or stream the progress of it on Twitch. If you do not wish to have it public, please let me know.

Adopt TOS

By buying my adopt, you agree to all the terms stated below. If you violate any of my terms, I have the right to revoke your ownership and sell it to someone else.General
> You may only resell my adopt if you are not selling above the price you bought it for, unless you bought commercial use for it.
> You may change the details of the adopt (not the artwork) as you please but you must clarify that these changes were not done by me.Payment
> Payment is either through Ko-Fi or PayPal invoice. For PayPal, you must give me your PayPal email and I will send you the invoice. I do NOT accept any offers with PayPal Friends and Family and I will immediately decline.
> Please have your payment ready as I will not hold the adopt for you for more than 48 hours after claiming.
> If the adopt is over $200, you have the option to do a payment plan which must be discussed with me. However, you will not receive the adopt until it has been paid off.
> There is absolutely no refunds and chargebacks will result in you being blacklisted and your adopt being resold.Usage Rights
> Every adopt is personal use by default unless you have paid for the commercial use fee. Personal use includes using it for socials like icons, banners, etc. You may show the adopt on stream but it cannot be used for VTubing if you did not get commercial use.
> You must credit me wherever you decide to post it.
> You will not use any of my works for Ai or NFT purposes.
