> You may only resell my adopt if you are not selling above the price you bought it for, unless you bought commercial use for it.
> You may change the details of the adopt (not the artwork) as you please but you must clarify that these changes were not done by me.Payment
> Payment is either through Ko-Fi or PayPal invoice. For PayPal, you must give me your PayPal email and I will send you the invoice. I do NOT accept any offers with PayPal Friends and Family and I will immediately decline.
> Please have your payment ready as I will not hold the adopt for you for more than 48 hours after claiming.
> If the adopt is over $200, you have the option to do a payment plan which must be discussed with me. However, you will not receive the adopt until it has been paid off.
> There is absolutely no refunds and chargebacks will result in you being blacklisted and your adopt being resold.Usage Rights
> Every adopt is personal use by default unless you have paid for the commercial use fee. Personal use includes using it for socials like icons, banners, etc. You may show the adopt on stream but it cannot be used for VTubing if you did not get commercial use.
> You must credit me wherever you decide to post it.
> You will not use any of my works for Ai or NFT purposes.
